• Business name, GST number, and business address
• Profile photo (optional)

Business Data

• Products, categories, prices, and inventory levels you enter
• Orders, invoices, and payment records you create
• Customer information you add to the app

Usage Information

• Device type, operating system version, and app version
• Features you use and how frequently you use them
• Crash logs and performance diagnostics

Location Data

We do not collect real-time GPS location. Your city/region may be inferred from IP address for analytics purposes only.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the Service: Create your account, sync your data across devices, and power all app features
• Improve the App: Analyse usage patterns to fix bugs and build better features
• Customer Support: Respond to your queries, troubleshoot issues, and communicate service updates
• Security: Detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to your account

We will never use your business data (products, orders, invoices, or customer list) for advertising or profiling purposes.

Data is stored in servers located in India. We do not transfer your data internationally unless explicitly stated.

The InstaGoods mobile app does not use browser cookies. Our website may use the following:

InstaGoods integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and push notifications
• Google Play / App Store: App distribution and in-app purchases
• Payment Gateways: Secure payment processing (we do not store card details)

InstaGoods is designed for business use and is intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Send an in-app notification informing you of the update
• For material changes, request your re-acknowledgement before continuing to use the service
