- Attendance tracking with GPS and biometric integration
- Leave management system
- Payroll processing and management
- Reports and analytics
- Employee self-service features
- AI-powered HR automation tools
3. Account Registration and Subscription
3.1 Account Requirements
To use Weallow HRMS, you must:
- Have an active company account or subscription
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Be authorized by your organization to use the service
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
3.2 Subscription Model
Weallow HRMS operates on a subscription basis. Access to features requires an active paid subscription or company account. Free trial periods may be available at our discretion.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of Weallow HRMS, you agree to:
- Use the App only for legitimate business purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain the confidentiality of employee data
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Report any security vulnerabilities to our support team
- Use accurate location data for attendance tracking
5. Data Privacy and Security

6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Weallow HRMS App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Weallow and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Use our trademarks without permission
- Create derivative works based on our App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
7. Location Services and GPS Tracking
Our App uses location services for attendance tracking purposes. By using this feature, you consent to:
- Collection of your location data during work hours
- GPS-based attendance verification
- Location data being shared with your employer
You can disable location services, but this may limit App functionality.
8. Biometric Data
If your organization uses biometric features (face recognition), you consent to:
- Collection and processing of biometric identifiers
- Storage of biometric templates in encrypted format
- Use of biometric data solely for authentication purposes
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for:

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weallow shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

13. Governing Law

The Weallow HRMS App is intended for use by employees who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
